Without people who "went to the bathroom" and never came back.

What will the team actually do?

- Leadership and decision-making
- Collaboration through real shared challenges
- A very good reason to put the phones away for an hour

So what will not be part of Play Your Mind?
- A. Multiple-choice questions
- B. Serious IQ tests
- C. Random guessing games
- D. Of course, all of the above
This is trivia where knowing things helps, but thinking together matters more. Questions twist familiar formats, make people look at information differently and give the team something to discuss before anyone can shout out an answer.
What happens instead?
People talk. People disagree. People make strange connections. Someone is absolutely certain they are right. And somehow, the team gets there.
What does it bring to the team?
Shared thinking, light competition, laughter and the kind of teamwork that happens naturally when nobody has all the answers. It also gives people a reason to bring out the odd facts, niche interests and unexpected knowledge that rarely gets a place in a normal workday.

Before AI, stories were already changing the world
Storytelling is not a soft skill. It is one of the oldest tools humans have for making another person listen, care, understand and remember. This workshop turns that power into something participants can actually use.
What will we explore?
- What makes a story emotionally memorable
- Why do people trust stories more than information
- What are the three core ingredients behind an engaging story
- How do you turn information into something another person actually wants to hear
What makes it a real workshop?
Participants do not just hear storytelling principles. They use them. They work with ideas, build stories, test what makes them engaging and practice turning information into something another person can follow and remember. Not a lecture about storytelling. We tell stories.

What people said afterwards
We came in with no expectations. I really didn’t think the puzzles would be like that, or that there would be all these things hidden in the boxes. It needed all of us, and somehow I found myself leading, but also needing help from the others.
Usually only half the people really join in. This time, almost all of us were part of it.
I’ll be honest, I came because I wanted pizza. But pretty quickly I saw there was much more to it. I found out new things about people I see every day in the office. And when it was over, we just kept talking.
I thought it was going to be another trivia thing with questions about geography and history, so I planned to sit on the side with a friend. But when it started, we understood it was something different. It’s hard to explain, but even when we didn’t know the answers, we really wanted to know them.
I’ve done a lot of team activities before. This one actually felt different.
I liked that people kept talking about the activity even during lunch.

Your company story becomes the quest
We create a complete mobile escape-room kit built entirely around your company, from scratch. Your history, milestones, products, values and stories become physical puzzles, hidden clues and moments of discovery.

- Onboarding
- Assessment centers for senior roles
- Team days
- Internal events
- Company celebrations
Again and again, even hundreds of times a year.
Over time, it becomes more than a game. It becomes part of how your company tells its story, and part of its DNA.

Logistics
All we need from you is a room, three tables and a date
What you provide
- Any room where people can stand and move. A meeting room, a canteen or an open space all work
- Three standard tables. That is the only equipment we ask for
- A date and a rough headcount, confirmed shortly before the event
What we bring
- Every prop, lock, board and clue, packed and transported by us
- The full scenario, written for your team
- The host who runs the session from start to finish
- Setup before you arrive and a clean room after we leave
Quick answers
The questions we get first
Do we need a special room?
No. Any room where people can move around is enough. We have run events in canteens and open-plan offices.
How many people can take part?
From 4 to 40 in a single session. For larger groups we run sessions in parallel.
Can you run it in English?
Yes. The experiences are built for international teams and run in English.
How complicated is the setup?
Minimal. We arrive before your team, set up, and take everything away afterwards.
Can it be built around our company?
Yes, and that is the part people remember. Custom riddles are written on your story, your values or your product.
What about people who hate team-building?
They are exactly who this is designed for. No performing, no forced sharing, no standing in a circle.
Where do you work?
Krakow and the surrounding areas. The whole setup is mobile, so we travel to you.
How do we start?
Tell us a date and a rough headcount. If you want to see it first, we will run a thirty-minute puzzle at your next team meeting at no charge.
Next step
See it before you book it
We will run a thirty-minute puzzle at your next team meeting.
No charge, no setup, no commitment. Your team plays, you decide afterwards whether it fits.
Already have a date in mind? Tell us and we will hold it for seven days while you check it with your team.
